This iconic architectural $16 million, design-build, 17,000-SF, 175 ft tall tower includes a performance theater, unique interior finishes throughout and enhanced subsurface foundation systems. The buildings curved / sail like architectural utilizing an appearance-altering metallic exterior façade was built to withstand tornado force winds, in a corrosive salt air environment. The project also included over twenty-five acres of site, civil, hardscape, landscape improvements and a newly constructed reflecting lake.
