With over 20 years of experience delivering complex, technical and fast-paced projects with Skanska USA Building, Pinkerton & Laws and other building firms Clark Advisory Services has developed a passion for providing value to our clients. Throughout the planning and delivery process, our oversight ensures schedule, quality, and cost expectations are delivered.

John is a graduate of the University of Washington’s Construction Management program with over two decades of construction management experience on a wide variety of construction product types. Working with clients on new construction, remodeling and expansions of existing often occupied facilities, he’s developed expertise in heading off issues to ensure successful project delivery. His experience includes hardened, highly technical and data-driven public sector projects, AHCA regulated health-care facilities, mixed-use residential developments to iconic architectural and travel destinations. His background leading construction manager at risk projects and as an engaged owner’s representative provides a unique skill set which enables teams to work through complex issues and drives results from concept development through project occupancy.
