This AHCA-permitted and regulated project involved a complete multi-phased overhaul of all interior and exterior finishes, HVAC, electrical and life safety systems within a fully occupied 41,000+ sf specialized healthcare facility. In addition to a full-systems replacement, the project provided fully-renovated and expanded community meeting spaces, physical therapy, laundry, dining services, resident and administrative rooms.
