A 25,400 sf, multi-story addition, to one of the oldest, active, occupied, senior living campuses in its region. The new ocean view facility was constructed to withstand and provide its residents’ shelter from tornado-force winds and seasonal flooding events. In addition to residential care units, the project included activities/dining space, site infrastructure improvements and a new commercial kitchen capable of providing 750+ meals/ day to its existing residents.
